Eligibility for Returns

  • The request to return the Items must be made within 1 day from the date of delivery.
  • To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it, and in its original packaging.

Non-Returnable Items

  • Customized or personalized items.
  • Items purchased on sale or clearance.
  • Items damaged due to misuse, improper handling, or wear and tear.

Return Process

  • To initiate a return, please contact our customer support team at support @Anibox.in or call us at 7006333370 with your order number and the reason for the return.
  • Our team will guide you through the return process and provide you with a return shipping address.

Shipping Costs:

  • Customers are responsible for paying the return shipping costs unless the item was damaged or incorrect.
  • Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Refund Process

  • Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
  • Approved refunds will be processed within 5-7 business days and issued to the original payment method.
  • For COD orders, refunds will be processed via bank transfer after verifying your account details.

Damaged or Defective Items

If the product delivered is damaged, defective, or incorrect:

  • Notify us within 48 hours of receiving the item.
  • Provide clear photos of the product and packaging for verification.
  • We will arrange a replacement or issue a full refund, including return shipping costs.

Exchanges:
