AniBox (“AniBox”, “we”, “us”) is a proprietorship of Umair Latief. This policy explains what we collect when you use https://anibox.in and how we use it. We sell anime figures, wooden display replica katanas, posters, diecast, and related merch to customers in India.

Information we collect

• Order details you submit at checkout: name, email, phone, shipping address, city, state, and PIN code.
• Payment confirmation from Razorpay (payment id and order id). We do not store your full card number, UPI PIN, or netbanking password.
• Bag contents stored in a cookie on your device so your cart can persist while you browse.
• Basic technical data your browser sends (IP address, device type) as part of hosting and security on our website provider.

How we use it

• To take payment, confirm your order, and ship it.
• To message you about stock, delivery, or a problem with an order.
• To prevent fraud and keep the site working.
• To meet tax, accounting, and legal duties in India.

We do not sell your personal information.

Who we share it with

• Razorpay, to process UPI, card, and netbanking payments according to their privacy policy.
• Our website and database hosts (currently Vercel and Neon) who process data on our instructions.
• A courier or logistics partner, only the details needed to deliver your parcel.
• Authorities if Indian law requires us to disclose information.

Cookies

We use a first-party cookie to remember your bag. If you sign in to the staff admin, a separate cookie keeps that session. You can block cookies in your browser; checkout may not work without the bag cookie.

How long we keep it

We keep order records as long as needed for shipping, support, accounts, and Indian law. You can ask us to update or delete information that we are not required to retain.

Your rights

You may request access, correction, or deletion of your personal data, or withdraw consent for marketing messages, by emailing anibox221@gmail.com. We will not refuse to complete an order you already paid for solely because you asked a privacy question.

Children

The website may be viewed by anyone. Purchases must be made by a person 18 years or older, or with a parent or guardian’s payment method and consent.
