AniBox ships prepaid website orders across India. Checkout on https://anibox.in is delivery only. Read this with our Cancellation and Refund Policy.

Where we ship

We deliver to serviceable PIN codes in India. If a courier cannot reach your PIN, we will contact you and refund the order if we cannot ship.

When we dispatch

• In-stock items are usually packed within 1–3 business days after payment is confirmed.
• Transit within India is typically 4–10 business days after dispatch. Remote or hill PIN codes, including parts of Jammu and Kashmir, can take longer.
• Sundays and public holidays are not business days for packing.

Shipping charges

The amount you pay at Razorpay is the order total shown at checkout. Unless a product page or checkout says otherwise, we do not add a separate shipping line. Oversized katanas or very remote PIN codes may need extra freight; we will ask before charging anything more.

Tracking and delivery

We share tracking on email, phone, or WhatsApp when the courier provides it. Please keep your phone reachable. If nobody is available, the courier’s rules on attempts and return-to-origin apply. A parcel returned because of a wrong address or repeated failed delivery may incur return freight before we can reship or refund the balance.

Inspection

Please record an unboxing video if the carton looks crushed or wet. Report damage as described in the refund policy.
