These terms govern your use of https://anibox.in and any purchase from AniBox, a proprietorship of Umair Latief (“AniBox”, “we”, “us”). By browsing or placing an order you agree to them. Please also read our Privacy Policy, Cancellation and Refund Policy, and Shipping Policy.

What we sell

We retail toys, anime action figures, posters, diecast models, accessories, and wooden replica katanas for display and cosplay. Replica swords are not weapons, are not sharpened for use as such, and must be handled as collectibles. Product photos show stock we purchased; small batch differences in paint, packaging, or finish can occur.

Orders and contract

• Prices are in Indian Rupees (₹) and shown on each product page.
• Stock shown on the site is what we intend to sell; it can change.
• Checkout is guest checkout. You must give a true name, phone, email, and a complete India shipping address.
• Payment is prepaid through Razorpay (UPI, cards, netbanking, and other methods Razorpay shows). A contract is formed when payment is successful and we confirm the order.
• We may cancel an order if payment fails, stock is unavailable, the address cannot be served, or we reasonably suspect fraud. If we have already taken money, we will refund it.

Your responsibilities

• You are 18 or older, or buying with a parent or guardian’s consent.
• The shipping address can receive courier parcels.
• You will not use listings or photos for any illegal purpose, including treating replica katanas as weapons.

Intellectual property

AniBox branding, site design, and our product photographs belong to us. Character names and logos belong to their owners; we sell licensed or unofficial merch as labelled. You may not copy the site or our photos for another shop.

Liability

Collectibles and display replicas are sold as-is for indoor decorative use. We are not liable for misuse, outdoor weathering, or injury from careless handling. Nothing in these terms limits liability that Indian law does not allow us to limit, including for proven manufacturing defects we are responsible for.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Courts at Srinagar, Jammu and Kashmir, India have exclusive jurisdiction, without affecting any rights you have as a consumer under applicable Indian consumer law.
